Recycled Plastics

What is RPET?

We use RPET plastic in our packaging.  RPET is recycled polyethylene terephthalate (“PET” or “PETE”), a thermoplastic polymer of the polyester family.

Where does RPET come from?

Our RPET is 100% post-consumer from recycled water bottles.

Recycling RPET

RPET is recyclable with plastic soda or water bottles and other plastics.

In communities where plastic recycling is offered with trash collection, consumers can simply drop RPET into their plastics container.

In other communities, there are usually organizations that will collect recyclables either routinely or as part of a fundraising or community service campaign.  The entity that picks up local household trash is usually a good source of information on local recycling opportunities.
